We currently engage 16-22 interns each year through our partnership with the College of Idaho. These interns participate in Y education programs while earning college credit. The Y pays for their tuition, food, wages, transportation costs, on-site faculty related expenses, and co-sponsors their housing. Not only does this create an additional post-secondary opportunity, but it brings bi-lingual, upwardly mobile young adults into the community for the purpose of promoting education.
