Please have your child bring a towel. Bring goggles and fins if you have them. If not we have both to borrow.
Must be able to swim two lengths of the pool without stopping. These are not swimming lessons.

How to better swim all 4 strokes
Drills for all 4 strokes
Learn to dive better
Flip turns
Skills necessary for competitive swimming
Race strategies
How to have a fun time while working hard!
