I am interested in working with anyone at any fitness level to achieve their goals efficiently and safely, designing custom fitness programs. I also want to help people to continue to enjoy current activities and maintain an independent lifestyle regardless of age for as long as possible, as well as achieve physical goals. I also enjoy seeing an individual’s confidence, self-esteem and mental strength improve through exercise. I want to encourage the capacity to deal with adversity and have a more peaceful and calm self-dialogue. It is my experience that exercise of any kind, helps in the reduction of stress, anxiety, and depression.

I have been a fitness trainer for over three decades. My passion has always been helping you become stronger for activities you love, guide, and encourage you to achieve your specific goals.
If you have recurring muscle and joint pain, I can help you identify musculoskeletal imbalances that are either causing or contributing to your pain, so you can enjoy life to the fullest.
Or, if you need a home or gym program to do on your own, I can design and prescribe the best workout that suits your fitness level and goals. This program, as well as the aforementioned corrective exercise program, involves an hour together, prior to gathering more information about your current fitness and concerns.
