Each new lightning strike within the 10-mile radius resets the 30-minute waiting period.

DESCRIPTION:Swordfish Swim Team Fall League \nSwimmers ages 5–15 will build confidence\, fitness\, and competitive swimming skills while learning and refining all four strokes—freestyle\, backstroke\, breaststroke\, and butterfly. Practices include drills\, endurance\, and fun group challenges that develop strength\, teamwork\, and proper technique. Swimmers must be able to swim two lengths of the pool unassisted.
