Y-triathlon
Designed to lead beginner through experienced athletes to the starting line of the Redfish Road to Recovery Sprint and Olympic Triathlon! Everything you need to know to prepare for the event including training schedules, support and workout groups.

Each weekly session begins with a presentation on topics such as nutrition, gear, transitions, and technique. Given by experienced athletes who can answer your questions these sessions will help prepare you mentally and logistically for the sprint and Olympic triathlons, two short versions of a full triathlon. The workouts that follow will prepare you athletically to enjoy your race and finish injury free.

Attend the first session March 29 and check out the incentives and prizes such as registration fee refund, free wet suit rentals, a weekend stay at Redfish Lodge and more!
