Health & Fitness classes are available to non-YMCA members with purchase of a Punch Card. 10 classes are $130. Punch cards expire 12 months from purchase and are non-transferable. Contact the Welcome Center at 727.9622 for more information.

'Wild Card Sunday's'
The YMCA knows that you can’t always make it to class during the week so we’re offering our Wild Card hour on the weekends! Each Sunday evening we’ll provide an hour long class on a rotating schedule, so no 2 consecutive Wild Card classes will be the same. We’ll present a variety of options throughout the season from already offered classes like Studio Cycling to special features like Tai Chi. Check the monthly group fitness schedule to find out what we have in store for you this month!

Easy Line Circuit
A complete and satisfying workout in LESS THAN
30 MINUTES! This circuit improves overall muscular
strength and endurance, aerobic conditioning, balance,
and body awareness. Easy Line equipment targets all
major muscle groups. Its hydraulic resistance is designed
so that each repetition works agonist and antagonist
muscles to maximize workout efficiency. The resistance
is determined by the users’ speed of movement, so what
you put into this workout is what you get out! Ideal for
those in search of a full workout but are on-the-go or
desire a low impact experience. All ages, genders, and
fitness levels will benefit!

Restorative YOGA with Kristin
Restful postures that both stimulate and relax the body so
as to move towards balance. Poses are fully supported and
held for a longer period of time. This class will ultimately
restore health and reduce stress. This gentle class is perfect
for the beginner, individuals returning from injury or anyone
who needs to restore the body after an active weekend.

Get Fit–Stay Fit Program
Work with the YMCA fitness staff to develop a fitness
plan just for you! This program is designed to orient
YMCA members to our fitness facility and/or fitness
in general. Get Fit Stay Fit is intended for those who used
to work out and are now returning to exercise, or for
those who have never started. Start NOW with the basics
to establish a healthier lifestyle. We’ll help you form some
habits that stick! You can also access the TechnoGym
Wellness System to help plan, track, and maintain your

Iron Teen Orientation
Teens (and tweens) will learn fitness principles and
etiquette that enable them to workout independently
in the Y’s fitness center. Available for 11-15 year olds.
Orientations are 45 minutes on Saturday mornings, every other Saturday.
