A guided series of strength, flexibility, and balancing
postures with a focus on breathing and alignment.
Various levels are offered.

you through a series of strengthening, lengthening, and

RESTORATIVE YOGA with Heidi and Margie

Restful postures that both stimulate and relax the body.
Poses are fully supported and held for a longer period of
time. This class will ultimately restore health and reduce
stress. Perfect class for beginners, those returning from
injury, and anyone who needs to restore the body after
an active weekend.

GENTLE YOGA with Katherine

A slow and gentle practice that is great for anyone who
wants to stretch and breathe in a calm, supportive environment. For beginners or those who are nurturing injuries

PRENATAL YOGA

Reap the benefits of prenatal yoga with Olympia Nuttall at the Y. This class will help you during pregnancy by increasing or maintaining your strength and flexibility as well as reducing pain and/or discomfort that pregnancy brings. Prenatal yoga also helps labor through breath work, imagery, and focused physical work.
