2012 HALF MARATHON TRAINING PROGRAM

The Sun Valley Half Marathon is set for June 2, 2012 - time to get ready!

Program details :
  • 12 week program
  • Saturdays, March 10-May26
  • 8:30am on lecture days, 9:00am on non-lecture days

    Tai Chi has been often been described as “moving meditation”, and promotes improved balance, coordination, and stress relief.
