Spin your way into a low-impact, high intensity cardio workout and watch the calories disappear! All fitness levels can enjoy this heart-pounding workout.
All bikes have universal pedals, allowing users with Shimano clips or tennis shoes to be riding in comfort.
Monday & Wednesday classes introduce heart rate training for those interested.
Mon/Wed/Fri:  8:30-9:30am
Tues/Thurs:  5:30-6:30pm
NEW - WEDNESDAYS:  6:30-7:00PM - CYCLE BLAST *starts 2/22*

It's that time a year again when everyone wants to be indoors! We have 19 spin bikes for each class. If you plan on taking spin class, please call in to reserve your bike. You can only reserve one bike. Call-in begins at 6:15am on the day of class (for AM and PM classes). 727-9622
