HOW DO I USE KETTLEBELLS AT THE Y?
If you'd like to use kettlebells at the Y, you have 2 options:1) Prove that you're proficient in basic kettlebell skills. You can do this by arranging a 15 minute introductory course with Liz Clark or Kira Gray.
2) Take the Kettlebell Bootcamp class on Tuesdays and/or Thursdays at 5:30pm - then you can execute the workout you learn on your own, as long as you showed proficiency during class.

Every Tuesday & Thursday night at 5:30pm on the basketball court.How it works: You will learn a new Kettlebell workout each Tuesday & Thursday that you can execute on your own throughout the week.
The catch: You must prove that you’re proficient in the Kettlebell Exercises to get on the cleared to use kettlebells list. If you’re not cleared, then keep coming until you get more comfortable with Kettlebells. Kettlebells will be available at the fitness desk.
