BODY CONDITIONING
These classes will firm and energize your body by working all major muscle groups.TUESDAYS & WEDNESDAYS W/LIZ: an exciting full body workout. Come ready to try anything - Tabata method, sports conditioning & functional fitness, plyometrics, BOSU, and more! - all in a group or circuit format. Liz promises to keep the intensity level high while having fun and giving you what you came for! All levels welcome.
THURSDAYS W/ SUZANNE: A class that strategically targets all of the major muscle groups with an emphasis on thumpin' tunes and a class design that both refines and empowers. Students are encouraged to load appropriately when using weights, thereby making this class appropriate for all levels.

GENTLE CONDITIONING
This class will motivate and encourage participants to meet their fitness goals by improving balance, strength, and flexibility by utilizing exercise bands/tubes, light weights, core balls, and body weight. Gentle Conditioning is designed to support a healthy lifestyle for:- those new or returning to exercise
- those with weight management concerns
- seniors
- anyone needing a more gentle approach to fitness

CIRCUIT
