Sun Valley Half Marathon Training Program
This is the best way to get yourself across the finish line on June 5th!
14 weeks, starting March 6th
Groups trainings will take place on Saturdays at 8:30am
Groups will alternate meeting at the YMCA and at WRHS throughout the program
Groups are catered to varying running levels
Each group will be lead by supportive and reputable coaches
Weekly sessions will begin with an educational presentation on running/fitness
