Climbing Wall Staff Experienced rock climber with great customer service skills needed to work weekends 12-6 p.m. and some weekday afternoons at the YMCA climbing wall. 18+ must pass background check. $9-$12/hour depending on experience. Call Kat 928-6718 or email kat@woodriverymca.org Director of Donor Relations The Wood River Community YMCA seeks a Director of Donor Relations to build, lead, manage and drive all aspects of development efforts. Key fundraising objectives include donor research cultivation and solicitation, planning and implementation of annual giving campaign, development of the Y’s planned giving program and oversight of grant writing and special events. The Director of Donor Relations should have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university and a minimum five years experience in nonprofit fundraising. Must have strong organizational skills, experience with fundraising software, excellent writing and verbal communication skills and strong professional leadership and management skills. Candidate must have experience in individual and corporate solicitation, donor recognition, planned giving, grant/proposal writing and experience working with financial reports.
