Swim Fit
This class is designed for the beginner level swimmer. Participants should be comfortable in the water, and able to swim 2 lengths of pool with ease. Class will focus on proper stroke technique, turns, starts, and improving endurance. Coached by Imani.Ages: 18 and older

Hydro-Fit
Water fitness class that includes the special Hydro-Fit equipment helping you to increase strength, tone up and improve your cardio. Participants should be comfortable in deep water. Taught by Suzanne.Ages: 16 and over
