Masters Swim Team
Enjoy a structured workout for the intermediate to advanced swimmer with an experienced coach. The class will offer improvement on stroke technique and conditioning. Coached by Imani.

non-Member: $30/month or $300/year

Private/ Semi Private Swim Lessons
For participants 2 years and older who desire individual instruction. Learn to swim at your own pace. Please arrange your own partner for semi-private lessons.
Ages: 2 and up

Hydro-Fit
Water fitness class that includes the special Hydro-Fit equipment helping you to increase strength, tone up and improve your cardio. Participants should be comfortable in deep water. Taught by Margie.

Splash Dance
This fun and unique program is designed for a low-impact cardio workout, designed to build a stronger core by focusing on strength training, flexibility and toning. Taught by Britta.

Swim Team
Designed to encourage healthy competition between peers. Coached by Brian Gallagher. Pre-requisites: Completion of minnow level and/or ability to swim two lengths of front and back crawl.

Parent & Me Swim Classes
This class is designed for beginners and toddlers of all age ranges. Participants are required to wear a swim diaper or plastic swim pants. Adults must accompany their child in the pool.

Mom's Group Swim
Join in with this new group of mothers for a special afternoon swim date.
Times:  First Wednesday of the month, 1:30pm

Water Polo Club ---NEW
Refresh your water polo skills and get in a great workout at the same time. Drills followed by scrimage.
7:30 - 9am:  The second Saturday of each month

Water Aerobic Clinics
Class emphasizes lower body strength, while improving endurance training and cardio fitness. This class will be offered on specific dates throughout each month. Taught by Jen.

Open Boating (formerly Kayak Roll Class)
Learn the basic techniques for kayaking or come in to refresh your skills. One on one instruction is available. Pre-registration is required for all classes. Fees are based on if you need equipment and private instruction. Please call 727-9622 or see our program guide for more details.

Swim Lessons
Swimming lessons for children are designed to be fun and nurturing to get your youngster comfortable in the water, while striving to teach your child water safety. Classes will have a minimum of 3 students and a maximum of 8.

PRE-SCHOOL LESSONS: 

Pike (ages 3-5): Designed for those children with very little swimming ability.

Eel (ages 3-5): Designed for children who can swim 5-10 feet independently with their face in the water.

Starfish (ages 3-5): Designed for children who can swim on their back and who are learning to coordinate the front crawl stroke.

YOUTH LESSONS: 

Polliwog (ages 6 -12): Designed for children with very little swimming ability.

Guppy (ages 6 -12): Designed for children who are larning to swim the crawl stroke with their face in the water.

Minnow/Fish (ages 6 - 12): Designed for kids who can swim one length of the pool, performing the front crawl stroke.

Flying Fish/Shark (ages 6-12): Designed for kids who can swim one to two lengths of the pool performing the front crawl stroke.
