Child Watch Attendant

The successful candidate is responsible for managing and developing all elements associated with the climbing wall areas. The Coordinator develops and manages all programs, to include, but not limited to summer indoor and outdoor camps and winter indoor camps, ensuring quality programs while maintaining safety standards that meet the association guidelines, mission, and goals. Climbing wall coordinator ensures all areas of the climbing wall and associated equipment meet or exceed industry standards and manufacturer’s safety standards. The coordinator is responsible for managing the climbing wall budget and staff payroll. The coordinator is part of the leadership team and may be expected to participate in leadership trainings and meetings. The Coordinator supervises, directs, leads, trains, and motivates the climbing wall staff.
The position is full time, nonexempt, with flexible hours, but must be able to work weekends if needed.
